33. Every chartered appraiser shall ensure that the provisions of the law and the regulations applicable to members of the Order are respected by the persons or partners with whom he acts. In particular, every chartered appraiser is responsible for any work he has caused to be executed by other persons. He must train and supervise such persons and review their work to ensure that it complies with the laws, regulations, and standards of practice applicable to members of the Order.
